I appreciate all the calls bout the dog trading gentleman that sold my dog still haven't found him but sooner or later I will I'm contacting my attorney mon and will go from there thx guys y'all are some real troopers in helping me out thx a million
You may not get any were with a lawyer as the person your filing against has to have something in the first place....even if you win you will never get anything outa him as he has nothing and you will spend a ton. Take that lawyer money and buy you the best dog you can find and that will still be cheaper than the lawyer. File theft charges against him so he has a record of this so the next person will have something to build on....either way cut your losses and sounds like you learened already.
