Dub that is interesting.  Has me to thinking what about using something like a long balloon to put the foam in or something like that long and and narrow or somewhat kinda like a hot dog.  That could be attached to either side of a vest with out the chance of it getting caught up like a bottle.  I don't hunt around water much but interesting.
