I'm no attorney but I'd think your poor catch dog had to fight for his life against this rogue cat. Surely 400 dollar cats can fight like hell. So u should send her a bill for pain and suffering and all the psycho therapy the poor dog will have to endure since he had to use deadly force in defense of his life!! Poor guy. I remember the first cat I killed in self defense.........walking to school in the second grade and there he was in the shrubs...poised to strike,licking his uhhh chops......
