Ive never worked for a union but know lots that do , I was raise on a working race horse ranch , we bred alot with my dads high priced studs , I worked my a$$ off as a kid , at the barn before school feeding , watering and after school to 9 or 10 at night cleaning stalls , walking , brushing ect. Ive done concrete now for 20 plus years , owned my own company for 6 years , I was taught hard work , you dont get a raise for what your gonna do but what you have done , I push my self and my men , we make the company a lot of money , the big union here is american airlines , the people I know there are lazy and there bosses are lazy because of the union and I could give a care less if our goverment wouldnt give them money to keep running ,I have one buddy that clocks in and goes fishing , hunting , home to eat , home to sleep and then goes back in to clock out , cooks all night at work weekly for everybody in his building , sleeps behind the paint booth or in his car all night ect. his boss will ask him to work sat and sunday with only one part to paint the entire weekend and pay him over time and double time to sit on his butt or sleep or read a book , hes worked there for 19 yrs so this is the norm , no company can last this way and there not doing good at all , this runs from the workers to the upper management , I would boot all them lazy bums out and start a fire in whats left a$$ , if I have no work my guys go home if they want to come to work and be lazy , they go home , I dont need or like the union , there a waste ,
