i ended up sending mine back to garmi and they said they was having problems with the plant in china not making them like garmin wanted. so u can take that for what its worth to you. good luck it took garmin almost a month to get my replacement collar to me
Maybee it took so long cuz they had chinese kids finding spare parts to make u a new one then had one of thim swim it across to deliver it

, garmins real helpful and fast as u happen to be one the only people I've heard have a problem like that
