I was having a party out behind my dad's place about 4.5-5 years ago. Had a good fire going in the fire pit out back. Baus doesn't like fire... While we were all jamming and drinking and just having a good time, young Baus comes out of no where and jumps up on the rim of the stone fire pit and starts biting and barking at the flames coming out of it. Needless to say it scared the crap out of all of us cause no one heard or saw him coming. I had to drag him away without a collar on, and put him back on his chain. After I stopped being so pissed off and getting onto him for being an idiot I was able to sit back and laugh at how funny it was!
I won't get into any detail, but when I made the stupid mistake of being in the wrong place at the wrong time and getting latched up by my good friend Baus hunting with Monty and all his friends I had just met that night. That was embarrassing as hell, and not funny at all at the time... but I laugh hard about it now. I still can't believe that happened.
