I was really trying to get at is its not that far back. My dogs two generations back was nothing but black dogs and brindle dogs. My yard is full of yeller dogs. There is yeller in those east Texas dogs. Thats was my point.

Yep, there's a little bit of everything in them... including a bunch of long eared dogs.
