Well I am in Louisiana and we have parishes... That being said my parish has been called outlaws, low life's, meth-heads, rednecks, and racist... Whether any of the before mentioned are right or not, our parish voted 86% Romney and 14% Oh-bummer. I think "smart" should be added to the list of insults.
