What is corona

Even the veterinarians have trouble telling the difference between parvo and corona because they are so similar...

Quite a few people vaccinate for parvo and not for corona and this makes the vet a lot of money...the 7 in 1 vaccine is about half the price compared to the 7 in 1 plus corona which is quite a bit more...instead of calling it the 7 in 1 plus corona that vaccine should be called 8 in 1...either way folks think they are getting a good deal with the 7 in 1 and they are just signing the death warrant on the pups...

It is hard for me to see that most everyone on here talks about parvo and never about corona...go to any tractor supply and all they sell is the 7 in 1...the 7 in 1 is just a setup for failure...

The pups I raise only get 1 or 2 vaccines and that is it...but all I give is the 8 in 1 one time and that is the same one folks use as a yearly booster but even the yearly booster is not required...I give the booster every 3 or 4 years whether the dog needs it or not...

I run a stream lined and efficient preventative maint. program on all my dogs...veterinarians would go out of business if they depended on my business... Grin

but I reckon someone needs to buy the cheap vaccines because when the pups get corona and the vet calls it parvo and 3 to 5 hundred dollars later your pup might or might not live...and that makes the vet enough money to make the house payment...

I am sorry to have to get on the soap box but...all I want to do is to save someone some heartache...like I have said before, I have never lost a pup to parvo or corona since the 1980's...

BBBB Hoggers...sorry about your pups and I hope they will make it...keep the pups warm and keep them by you...force feed them some chopped raw liver and force feed them gatorade or pedialyte...lot's of folks on here have done it with different methods but this has worked for me back then...

Training dogs is not about quantity, it's more about timing, the right situations, and proper guidance...After that it's up to the dog...
