If your 350 is all time 4 wheel drive I would look into the Warn 4-2-4 setup. The biggest lift you are going to get on a honda is going to be 2 inches due to the straight rear axle (unless you have a Rincon). If it's oil cooled theres no need to relocate it. 25 Maxxis Zillas (you dont want to go to big due to engine size), a 2 inch lift and a snorkel. STAY AWAY FROM AXLE PADDLES!
