The biggest problem when discussing the constitution is that it is over 200 years old and vague enough that it can be reinterpreted and spun to aid personal agenda. Obama and his "cronies" democrat and republican alike are what many would consider domestic terrorist. This country is falling apart while they continue to line their pockets. The only way to remedy the situation is for congress to be completely free of personal agenda but that will never happen as long as the people in power put themselves before the public and the public is too lazy/scared to take back what is theirs. The world we live in is too corrupt.
