X2 ANd that's a bold statement to make logan99. If she is that great and strikes and stops that many hogs you don't need to hunt with anyone else, if u do just don't take her. Simple enough I'd say!
I would say its that simple too, but when u have an open dog it kinda gets old having to listen to her the whole time knowing the hogs are running farther and farther every time she starts barking.. I would love to keep this dog, but I ain't that interested in hunting semi-open dogs anymore.. I could be catching a lot more hogs with a silent dog of the same caliber. I have shared my moments with this dog and caught many of pigs behind her but I need a silent dog more than I need an open one.. It's not always as simple as u think!
So im guessing the problem is that she has too much bottom and is running the hogs too far before baying one??
