Ryan there are some vitamens or however you spell it at tractor supply for older dogs suppose to give em like 2 a day its for bad hips and joints it helps alot but 18 years old is really old for a dog! id give her them and let her live out her days! it sucks to see em getting around slow but its really hard to go have one put down especially if you have had the dog for 18 years. try those pills and see how they work for you!
