Ryan I hate to hear it, I also would try some of the vitamins that the feed stores carry for older dogs with hig/ bone and joint issues. Also A baby aspirin now and then would probly help her out. You will know when the time has come and you will know what needs to be done, enjoy the time you have with her now. once again sorry to hear it, 18yrs is a LONG time and a hell of a run for a dog.
