I would agree on worms, but for young pups, watch for campylobacter(sp). Its a bacterial gut infection, seen from 4-6 weeks. At first u may think its coccidiea, but it dont give the pups the "power squirts", the pups dont lose their appetite, just stool get mucousy, loose, if on newspaper, you'll notice blood tinge around the edge of the pile. They may act like they dont have energy , but otherwise, thats all. U can treat with cephalaxin for 21 days. Most of time get from mom's feces.
