I have seen a few BMC that were mostly E Tx bloodlines with significant white markings including ring neck. These were yellow or red, not brindle, with white markings. So far as I knew they were straight BMC. Of course, what that means depends on who is breeding them. I have raised a couple of dogs with white ring neck from dogs I owned that did not show these markings in the previous two or three generations; bringing together certain lines seemed to cause this. This type of inheritance would indicate multiple genes needed for expression.
Regarding the litter you described, I would need to know a lot more before I would want a pup from it.
