Understand what your saying...totally! It's always been my opinion that a champion pen dog and a jam up woods dog can't exist in the same body, lol.
 
People will argue I'm sure...but I've never heard of a woods dog winning at Earls and I doubt any of the past winners have seen much woods time. Course...as much as a winner at Earls is "worth"......most people wouldn't take the chance on putting them in the woods.



IMO the best woods bay dog will not have the say style of baying as a champion bay pen dog so he will never win in a bay pen competion...
