That's a great idea an this is only the second month an he has not payed either month yet he just got out of jail he went to work soon as he got out but that was the deal he would move in with his mother an help her pay the bills cause I was paying half for her cause she's not able to work i don't mind helping her at all it just seems to me an pay day he always says hes broke.
Sorry but family or not he would be headed down the road, hell you were already paying his 1/2 anyway, if he ain't gonna pay it then get him gone........sorry but I don't do well with freeloaders.....if he is working and agreed to pay rent but can't then where the hell is his money goin?? I gotta get up before the crack of dawn and work all dang day to pay for my bills, I ain't gonna pay for someone else to live free!
