I looked at the place on google earth and it has good water, a lot of tree covered creeks/ ditches between pastures and some wooded areas and plenty of water tanks but didn't link like it close to any major water ways that are corridors for hogs like the Sabine River or Trinity. Just have to see what the foreman says. Thanks for input fellas.
