Most high fences don't have precaught hogs do to the fact that a hog will bust holes in fences, dig under the fence and allow high dollar animals to get out.

I turned 7 barr hogs out on his high fence last fall, plus whatever he has put in there, and all the hogs and high dollar animals are still in there... and yes, there is a huge amount of high fences that turn hogs out in them. Just clear up the rules, thats all anyone is asking, because yes if its not in the rules then its not against the rules. People are gonna be cheating with the rules, so since there is gonna be a poly, might as well make it fair.
