I know what you mean I got a Walker/Parker and an English/Catahoula both are young dog and they will travel when I get them on hogs they are hog dogs but they still bump deer bad I think if I had a little more cur in them they would better suit me but man they got alot of hunt and can go all day I did this because not many hogs in my area and they travel around alot just bought a shock collar for both and about to try to line them out. I think if I ever get them broke off deer they will be some good dogs. I am still kind of new to the long range dog thing and am still learning.
