Story is confusing. Says Pitts says mixed breeds.

I would like to think though...that a police officer could tell the difference and he said (I believe) that last one was Pitt. Anyhow...sad all the way around.

Bulldogs...in my opinion...should be treated, oh...a little different than most dogs. You've got to be aware of them...as an owner or otherwise. As an owner I think you need a VERY strong handle on them. My CD was raised in the house till he was 10 months...my back up...an 8 month old pup is strictly an outside dog but both have the fear of "god" put in them by me at an early age. I squash (with extreme prejudice, lol) aggressiveness of any sort.

As good as a bulldog may act...IMO.....you never let your guard down...be vigilant when strangers are around and while out in the woods with new dogs. If something goes wrong...it's ALWAYS the owner/handlers fault.

That's the way I see it.
