it seems like I said from other dogs but not from hogs...what I meant is that I know for sure it is sexually transmitted from dog to dog but I have never heard of a dog getting it from a hog but like Mike has said...he has had four dogs get it from hogs...However it can be passed on to humans for sure...had an uncle that got it from skinning a nilgi and he got very ill...took the doctors a good while before than figured out what it was...
