yeah, I've seen ads like that too, makes it hard for people like us to find land, even though we can be there on usually a few days notice, dont have to set up a cam, feeder or anything, and can start removing hogs the first time we are there. But we use mangey mutts and aren't gonna pay to hunt there. it's a losing battle.
