As long as the owner is happy with the performance of the their dogs, why should they hav to take another look at them? Just cause it aint accepted in a persons yard dont means its a cull, as long as the owner is happy.
I guess if a person cant leave their home, go to work and at some point needs help, they r a cull. I guess if a person cant pull a turbine eng or palm tree a rotor system by them selves safely, they r a cull. Some times its acceptable to hav help and more times than not, help is needed in all species of life on earth. I guess every coyote is a cull since 1 yote cant take down a deer by itself but work as a pack to put meat on the ground, same for a wolf or any other pack animal.

Why should I trade one tyrant three thousand miles away for three thousand tyrants one mile away? An elected legislature can trample a man's rights as easily as a king can!
