i wouldn't catch many hogs if the dogs didn't run a hog over a mile or two. i can say this if a hog wants to run its going to run no matter what where i hunt. its so thick the hog could be out the backside and the bay dog not even no it till the hog is way ahead of it. fast dogs do no good in these thickets
