The dog/pup will vomit if it has somethin in its stomach to throw back up. The will dry heve if there is nothing there. Bloody dieariha usualy is a good sign of both cocid n parvo, but if the vet said it wasnt either, id be lookin for a new vet. If there r any pups left u want to keep n they hav not shown signs of latharga, no apetite, n wont drink, u need to start them on an anti biotic regime, saline under the skin, sardines, eggs and plain yogart just as a safety precaution. The yogart provides extra enzymes, sardines for the iron n the eggs for protien. Salineunder skin will keep them hydrated, need around 100cc of saline solution every 3-4hrs, even if they have obsorbed the water, keep pumpin it to them.

Why should I trade one tyrant three thousand miles away for three thousand tyrants one mile away? An elected legislature can trample a man's rights as easily as a king can!
