Always trying to absorb the knowledge, it is very helpful to confirm, or trash many of my thoughts and plans.   Ruban I have found useful knowledge hard to come by. More often than not when the knowledge is available it is not spoken where it can be understood.  You do an excellent job with your words being able to convey and express them.
