I would turn her out alone and see what she does. Have a catch dog with you. If you can find someone with a wooded pen that is at least a few acres that you know has smaller hogs then turn her out by herself. I for one do not want any help dogs. I want dogs that can find and stop a hog by themself. Then be smart enough to sit back and bay until the catch dog gets there. I have put a pig in a trap that has a covered top so the dog learns to bay. I first used hog panels to make a small pen but then the dog learned to jump over the panel to get in. Now I don't want a cur to catch so you can do it how you want.
