I agree with lbk. By the time you are done i would bet you will be close to 1500 in the event you have to buy an adapter plate and have the trucks transmission reprogrammed, plus that transmission has 67k on it already, if yours is  rebuilt correctly you will essentially have a new transmission.....just my .02. Good luck with it whichever way you go!
