some of it can be genetics and some of it can be lack of proper socialization as pups...I believe in socializing all little pups...makes it easier to train them and you don't have to treat them any different than any other dog when done properly...

Training dogs is not about quantity, it's more about timing, the right situations, and proper guidance...After that it's up to the dog...
