I had a half parker that was super timid. I raised the dog from a pup. He was super timid even with me and no one other than myself could handle him. I had the pups mother for a year or so and she was a one person dog and it took a while to get her to trust me. I dont know for sure if it was just the strain of parker i bred to or not that caused the timid behavior. The parkers i have been around are different to say the least.
