I choose all my puppys by if i stick my hand in there and one is ruff and will bite on my hand i pick the one tht bites me. All mine have turned out good but might just be Cause there out of good stock.

Lol that's how we picked our Lab. My wife walked to the pen stuck her finger in and he came thru all the pups and bit her. She looked at me and said i want him. he is now 12 and has been a good dog.

I usually pick the one that my gut picks. Just the one that feels right.

I picked my squirrel dog that way lived 9 months had her Doing good and my mom ran over her last Monday and had to put her down! I pick puppys out then a few months later end up getting rid  of them because not liking the way they look when they grow bigger!
