I thought there was laws against sexual relations with a dog and that human/canine breeding is impossible

with the wording of the topic, it sounds like he is asking how long before a dog is allowed to breed to a person. I couldnt help myself though, even though I knew what he was getting at. I guess being serious though, like a couple others have said, "when the dogs they feed have the traits they like" then is when they cross them to another dog they like.
