Boudin is like everything else; everybody has different tastes.  I dont like a lot of liver in mine; I prefer more sausage and I dont like my boudin smoked.  I prefer a place called Guillory's off of HWY 13; it is as fresh as you can get!!.  It is north of Laffayette/Ville Plate closer to Alexandria.
