Guillory's is on HWY 13, north of HWY 10 and just south of HWY 106; it is actually in Pine Prarrie. It will be on the right (East) had side of the road. Guillory's is an old gas station so dont pass it up. You can get the boudin hot out of the cooker or cold/frozen. They have very good cuts of meat that are stuffed with different dressings. They also have a great selection of different sausages. If you want, I think they can leave the boudin out of the case and give it to you in a bowl. Good luck and let us know what ya think.
