You'd likely get a better response posting him on game-dog.com or feds online.
Advertising a bulldog for stud that you are implying is a 'hot' dog as his selling point, on a hog hunting forum, where people want cold non dog-aggressive dogs as CD's doesn't make sense to begin with. I too have been involved with bulldogs for many years, so I do not need educating as to what "game" is. I was mainly addressing your poor choice of words on a public forum....you know, where you were speaking of "only being challenged with a weight." People with half a brain would know what you are referring to there. If you've been in bulldogs for as long as you say, then you'd realize that saying something like that on the internet make YOU more of an ass than I for just pointing it out.
I take it personal when people in the 'bulldog world' have loose lips all over the internet, drawing more attention to something that doesn't need it. Puts more heat on those of us that are still just trying to keep our rights to just have bulldogs on our yards these days.
I understand you may be proud of your dog, and that's how it should be if you're feeding him, but it's definitely a put off when you use a poor choice of words, and almost seem desperate to convince everyone else what a 'good' dog he is. Those who know, should know. I'm damn proud of the bulldogs I feed, but I'm not flapping my gums about how "game" they are and talking weights all on the internet.
Anyway, that's where I stand. MAN.
Great post, LADY!
