I love the sharpener. It sharpens all our knives but one. I tried to sharpen a kbar knife and it wouldn't work. This perticular blade comes straight down on the sides and the tapers inward. The angle finder on the sharpener wouldn't allow this blade to hit the right angle. Other than that it has worked well.
are you talking about the Kbar USMC survival? That is my favorite knife for packing on a hog hunt...good for chopping 2" limbs and sticking hogs but not worth a dang for slicing meet...too thick...
