 I went to cabelas today to replace the ammo my son n I shot this wkend and ask to see the sharpener. he brought it out, plugged it in and did his thing, and it sharpened descent, 2x faster than I could do with a stone, but it could not get the last 1/4" of the blade nor the tip sharp.
he was using a 25deg angle guide and after lookin at it, I guess im holding around a 26-27deg angle, bc there wasn't but a minute amount of old angle showing.
I wasn't impressed enough to drop $80-150 on 1, but I guess if I couldn't sharpen a knife enough to cut hot butter, it would work for me.
