Woo-wee, them skunks just love your pens.  have u thought of putting chicken wire about 4' high around ur pens? I had to do that to keep pups in a cattle panel kennel, but nvr to keep anything out. Can skunks climb?  If so, aint no sence in waisting the $ on chkn wire then. Good luck on gettin the smell off ur dogs again.
