Not sure if it's dysplasia or not but something sure didn't develop right or ain't built right.  I  don't think  she will get better at this point. 

x2...she appears to be cow hocked pretty bad. this usually means a weak rear...open hocked means too strong of rear action meaning more muscle...cow hocked dogs won't have the power needed for speed and agility...

and  for loss of weight I do not know what it could be but if she lacks that fine undecoat then she could be burning lots of calories trying to keep warm...
