I can see where the VA would have purchased them for soldiers who were wounded in that area n they lost the blood flow or something causing them not to b able get a woody, but for frivilous bs medicare claims is BULLCHIT. I cant get a gov loan/grant to go to school on my tax dollars, but some crackhead walks in the doc office n gets a scrip for a $30 sex toy. WTF is wrong with yaws gov and their spending??
