Yea it's suppose to be money in hand before the dog leaves and if the buyer don't like the dog bring him back or make arrangements to swap money back for the dog. Both parties are suppose to be clear on trial period and if it's out of state if they are meeting half way or full ride for one. I've went and got dogs before and people not want to give me my money back for them or meet me half way like was said before.
