          ol duke is still in the wind , but legal action is pending . it's a shame and the dog thief has a hell of a lot more to loose than what duke was worth but theifs don't think that far ahead . it's gone to far to call it off now since I have money tied up in a good lawyer . gonna go both civil and criminal and the loss of a pretty sweet contract should follow .   but then again the return of duke might sway my mind but I doubt it .  look for me on nbc5 iteam investigations   lol
