    Depending on how far you want to drive to work there are some nice towns north and south of Austin. I would avoid east and west of Austin. I am 35 miles north. Outside of Georgetown.
  There are no leases around for hog hunting. Deer hunters have it all. It is hard to pick up land to hunt but it can be done. Hog population is thick in some areas and zero a mile down the road.
