Koyote76 I live about 45 minutes east of Round Rock. There are a few of us that hunt together over here and we like to hunt with different folks. There are a lot of different types of hunting here. Most of what we hunt is pasture land with big blocks of hard woods and thick under brush and briars. We cast hunt these places. There is also a lot of farm land that we hunt a little different. I have another buddy that lives in the Liberty Hill/Leander area just northwest of Austin that is limestone, cactus, and cedar covered hills. As for hogs there are plenty. Think I caught 62 in January. There are lots of hunters around too. The fad is "in" right now. Be glad to make a round when you get here.
