There are some funny stories in here lol. I don't have any flat crazy stories but I do remember one time a couple years ago we were hunting my old deer lease outside nome, we were roading the dogs when I noticed my smoke dog was winding pretty hard but he never would take out.....this went on for about 10 minutes as we were easing along, all of the sudden he burnt out to the right and started baying not 20yds into the woods and the other dogs went to him......... We knew something wasn't quite right almost immediately when dogs started coming back to the road but ol smoke was hammerin so I eased in to find my "trash broke" dog baying an orange house cat in the top of a little pine tree, I started laughing mainly because there aint a house for at least 7-8 miles from where we were at and smoke was steadily loosing his mind over this cat lol. I gave him a 1/2 ass cussin still trying to quit laughing n hollered at him to get out and come on and off we went, never did see that cat again........That dog still looses his mind over a cat
