I use 2/10ths of 1cc Ivomec 1 percent solution on my mid size dogs once a month. 3/10ths of 1 CC on my big boys. I inject it in a piece of meat and give it to them orally. That is just for heart worm prevention. I then give them a dime size amount of panacur horse wormer once a month to knock out the other types. It works good. When my dogs get cut so bad I can even stitch them up, I take them to the vet and they always test for worms. Never had any issues.
