I have a couple dogs I can't take hunting everytime because their so hard to get back and it would be impossible to contact all the surrounding land owners because it's just no telling where they will go. I do not take these dogs during deer season or turkey season because of their ways. But after deer and turkey season I'll be able to start taking them to some places where they can go whichever way they want and be ok. But it's no way I could take them knowing I might not could get them back before daylight in turkey season it's just a responsibility I have as a dog owner. As far as going get them where they go yea I'm going but I try not to take high power dogs to a place where the joining landowner is a prick and hates dogs I'll usually just take some young dogs or something like that to them places. When I was 16 or so I loved to hunt and really didn't have a place to hunt that was full of hogs so I would just about hunt anywhere I thought it was hogs and didn't think I would see anyone but as I got older for the most part I got out of that it's just not worth it to me to hunt somewhere I think I might get a dog shot or me get in a lot of trouble.  I'm just as happy not going run a hog a couple of hours where I'm suppose to be as I would be in catching 10 somewhere I'm not suppose to be.
