Justin, yes, its called the lacy act n its nation wide n it aint worth the potential fines n loss of hunting license to get caught transporting a game animal across statelines, live or dead w/o proper permitting n licenses.

I thought it sounded right francis  and yes I agree, i've read a few stories of people gettin pretty hefty fines for doing this kind of thing.
